Cold Outreach Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Identify and place candidates in engineering, product, and operations positions at rapidly growing startups.

• Oversee your candidate pipeline from start to finish.

• Foster and maintain relationships with candidates.

• Guide candidates through the closing process.

• Earn a percentage for each successful placement with no earning limit.

• Must demonstrate a strong desire and willingness to be persistent.

• Comfortable with regularly cold calling and texting candidates.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with candidates effectively.
