This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Perform Cold Calls to prospective leads in the Real Estate Market who may be interested in buying or selling properties.
β’ Create and Sustain a Database of Potential Clients.
β’ Assess Leads by gathering all necessary details regarding their Real Estate Property.
β’ Communicate Clearly and Inform our potential leads about our Real Estate Services.
β’ Schedule appointments for our Acquisition Team with Qualified Leads.
β’ Work together with our Operations Management Team to devise effective calling scripts and strategies.
β’ Keep abreast of industry Trends and Market Conditions.
β’ Previous Cold Calling Experience is a Must.
β’ Proficient English Communication Skills (Both Written and Verbal).
β’ Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Customer Service Experience is highly preferred.
β’ Real Estate Sales Experience is highly preferred.
β’ Must be willing and able to adhere to established processes.
β’ Strong Interpersonal Skills with the capability to establish rapport quickly.
β’ Comfortable working Remotely and utilizing Digital Tools and CRM Systems.
β’ Must have all necessary equipment for Remote Work (High-Speed Internet, Quality Desktop, Noise-Canceling Headset, and Backup for Electricity and Internet Issues).
β’ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively and efficiently.
