Cold Caller

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct 100 to 125 cold calls daily to spas, beauty salons, medical clinics, and pharmacies.

• Clearly and swiftly present the smart mirror and mini lab offerings during each call.

• Schedule meetings with prospects who express interest.

• Transfer booked meetings to the designated team member.

• Record every call, its outcome, and the next steps in the CRM on the same day.

• Utilize the provided lead lists; self-prospecting may be incorporated later.

• Focus exclusively on B2B calls; no B2C calls are permitted.

• Aim to meet daily and weekly KPIs, with hours and productivity monitored through a time-tracking tool.

• Assist in the US relaunch of a B2B beauty-tech offering.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or appointment setting.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken English and strong communication abilities, free of heavy accents.

• Comfortable utilizing a dialer and documenting calls in a CRM.

• Confident in presenting pitches to business owners and managers.

• Available to commence work in the first week of November 2026.

• Able to work during US Eastern Time business hours, Monday to Friday.

• Performs well during a mock cold call in the second interview.

• Experience with a CRM-based dialer is preferred.

• Background in selling to spas, salons, clinics, or pharmacies, or within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors is preferred.
