This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
β’ Oversee and provide support to a group of around seven Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
β’ Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentorship for members of the cohort
β’ Organize and manage biannual in-person training sessions and virtual meetings
β’ Ensure compliance with DBAN protocols and case standards
β’ Handle contracts, invoicing, and logistics for the operations of the cohort
β’ Assist in evaluation and reporting processes
β’ Proven experience in supervision and project coordination
β’ Proven experience in planning and leading virtual and in-person meetings, as well as group learning environments
β’ Proven experience in working within or supporting individuals in emotionally complex or high-pressure settings
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and dynamic elements
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
β’ Self-motivated: capable of taking initiative on projects and work plans, as well as seeking information independently
β’ Experience in the Southeastern United States
β’ Proven experience supporting farmers, rural communities, or advocacy organizations
β’ Knowledge of USDA programs, farm finance, or agricultural policy
β’ Bilingual in Spanish and English
β’ Experience with case management systems, data tracking, or compliance reporting
