Cohort Project Manager – Distressed Borrowers Assistance Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support to a group of around seven Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and mentorship for members of the cohort

• Organize and manage biannual in-person training sessions and virtual meetings

• Ensure compliance with DBAN protocols and case standards

• Handle contracts, invoicing, and logistics for the operations of the cohort

• Assist in evaluation and reporting processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supervision and project coordination

• Proven experience in planning and leading virtual and in-person meetings, as well as group learning environments

• Proven experience in working within or supporting individuals in emotionally complex or high-pressure settings

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and dynamic elements

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Self-motivated: capable of taking initiative on projects and work plans, as well as seeking information independently

• Experience in the Southeastern United States

• Proven experience supporting farmers, rural communities, or advocacy organizations

• Knowledge of USDA programs, farm finance, or agricultural policy

• Bilingual in Spanish and English

• Experience with case management systems, data tracking, or compliance reporting
