This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main relationship manager for Sunbit’s co-brand credit card partners.
• Cultivate collaborative relationships with both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Lead meetings regarding partner status, launch reviews, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Travel for in-person meetings at least once a month when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to enhance acquisition, engagement, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Serve as the intermediary between external partners and internal Sunbit teams.
• Oversee the complete execution of new co-brand card launches and significant partnership initiatives.
• Create and maintain project plans, GANTT charts, launch schedules, RAID logs, and cross-functional trackers.
• Organize project management meetings, drive accountability, and address risks.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, compliance, operations, analytics, and technology teams on launch readiness and market execution.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple active workstreams.
• Define owners, milestones, and success metrics for strategic initiatives.
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable project plans and deliverables.
• Track partnership and launch performance through KPI monitoring, reporting, and post-launch analysis.
• Prepare presentations, updates, and business reviews suitable for executives.
• Identify process enhancements and implement scalable operational best practices.
• Coordinate the launch of new partners across product, marketing, operations, compliance, and technical workstreams.
• Guide performance discussions and translate data into actionable recommendations for strategic retail partnerships.
• Promote partner satisfaction, acquisition performance, and customer experience results.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, program management, account management, consulting, fintech, payments, or related strategic operations roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Experience engaging with external partners, enterprise clients, or strategic accounts is preferred.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to lead meetings involving external partners and senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly and succinctly.
• Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing complex timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to create and manage GANTT charts, project plans, launch schedules, and operational trackers.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify risks and drive resolutions.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented ownership mindset.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
