This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Accountable for monitoring and assessing suppliers to guarantee adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct onsite evaluations, review documentation, perform functional testing, and engage in improvement initiatives.
• Handle, evaluate, and resolve supplier corrective actions.
• Monitor the mixing process to ensure compliance with induction time requirements.
• Compile and finalize audit reports while communicating findings with the team.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure product compliance.
• Provide support to manufacturing sectors and oversee production staff.
• Inspect incoming materials and products for quality and defects.
• Willingness to work over 50 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NACE Level 1 certification is mandatory.
• Capability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and standards.
• Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
• Proven ability to deliver visionary and strategic leadership.
• Basic knowledge of electricity and instrumentation.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong dedication to personal and team safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
