Coach Recruiter – Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the coach recruitment process.

• Oversee the systems and daily activities necessary to scale a high-volume coach recruitment funnel, guiding candidates from sourcing, referrals, and application review through interviews, selection, and hiring.

• Develop a thoughtful candidate experience that embodies Mento’s culture and quality standards, enabling us to consistently attract top-tier coaches.

• Leverage AI, automation, and data tracking to refine and advance each stage of the recruitment process.

• Ensure new coaches are set up for success from onboarding through activation.

• Manage the coach journey from offers through onboarding, training, and readiness.

• Provide new coaches with a clear, organized, and supportive pathway to activation.

• Enhance onboarding and training workflows utilizing AI, automation, templates, and feedback along with data analysis to identify gaps and recommend improvements.

• Drive ongoing operations for coaches.

• Oversee daily workflows that ensure the coach community operates effectively while maintaining high levels of coach satisfaction.

• Manage communications with coaches, operational requests, documentation, process updates, and recurring programs.

• Identify trends, gaps, bottlenecks, and recurring issues throughout the coach lifecycle, developing practical AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate across functions to enhance handoffs, clarify ownership, and ensure coaches receive timely assistance.

• Assist in operationalizing new coach programs, policies, tools, and product changes, using data and feedback to assess their effectiveness.

• Create AI-driven systems throughout the coach lifecycle.

• Utilize AI to redesign recruiting and operational workflows while maintaining strong human judgment and connection.

• Develop prompts, automations, frameworks, dashboards, and lightweight tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance consistency.

• Experiment with new approaches, measure their impact, gather feedback, and iterate based on quality, efficiency, and the experiences of candidates and coaches.
