Co-op / Internship Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Engage in impactful projects that correspond with the candidate’s field of study

• Collaborate with seasoned professionals from various departments

• Enhance leadership and communication abilities

• Assist with material scheduling, inventory oversight, lean initiatives, process enhancement, and system optimization

• Support project engineering, perform time studies, conduct root cause analysis, and engage in Lean/Kaizen initiatives

• Help manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data, sales processes, customer service, parts delivery, and outage planning

• Aid in site planning, progress monitoring, subcontractor coordination, and adherence to safety regulations

• Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) monitoring, inspections, compliance, and on-site awareness campaigns

• Assist with purchase orders, vendor management, cost evaluation, and project material coordination

• Support service, resource, and sourcing teams with outage preparedness, cost tracking, and resource planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related STEM field, Business Administration, or a relevant Management discipline

• Students working towards a diploma in Environment, Health & Safety

• Strong enthusiasm for EHS and quality standards

• Proven leadership potential demonstrated through academic achievements, projects, or extracurricular involvement

• A genuine eagerness to learn, curiosity, and a proactive attitude

• Flexible, open to change, and motivated to develop in a dynamic setting

• Basic knowledge of construction safety principles and key site hazards, such as lifting, working at height, electrical tasks, and confined spaces

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, site-based environment

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and fundamental digital tools

• Willingness to travel throughout Saudi Arabia for project opportunities

• Collaborative team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• High degree of integrity and dedication to achieving project objectives and customer satisfaction
