Co-Founder, Tech Partner – AI, Open Source

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate in designing and constructing the comprehensive technical architecture, which encompasses the core system, integrations, and application layer.

• Create and incorporate AI components, including large language models (LLMs), semantic search, and analytical tools.

• Design and deploy a modular, containerized platform utilizing Docker and an API-first methodology.

• Integrate existing systems, such as ERP systems and various data sources, through adapter logic.

• Play a key role in shaping product strategy and the technical roadmap.

• Choose and establish a sustainable open-source technology stack.

• Assist in developing a robust network within the Estonian startup ecosystem, engaging with the tech community, partners, and relevant programs.

• Work collaboratively with funding entities, programs, and pertinent stakeholders in Estonia.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, preferably with Python, backend, and APIs.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and LLM integration.

• Experience with container technologies and system architecture.

• Strong grasp of data structures, data models, and distributed systems.

• Passion for open-source ecosystems and privacy-focused solutions.

• Capability to independently structure and implement technical concepts.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to take on a co-founder role.

• Strong networking skills, ideally with experience in startup ecosystems (experience in Estonia is advantageous).
