Co-Founder & CEO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our team on initial testing, validation, and refinement of the business concept, including creating prototypes to validate and promote potential solutions, while being prepared to discard ideas that do not meet expectations before committing to the most promising one.

• Establish the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing strategy, and product positioning for the validated opportunity.

• Spearhead pilot programs, transition them into paid partnerships, and develop the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to deliver Version 1 and adapt based on user feedback.

• Oversee pre-seed and seed fundraising efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and traction.

• Recruit and guide the founding team while establishing the company's cultural foundation.

• Prior experience as a founder at a venture-backed organization.

• Proven success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, encompassing sales and customer engagement.

• Proficiency in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure capital.

• Demonstrated skill in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent.

• A realistic understanding of the risks and challenges associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• A well-rounded skill set with strong capabilities in a vital startup discipline (sales, technology, product, design, marketing).

• Relevant industry expertise or advantage, coupled with a genuine passion for addressing challenges within that sector.
