Co-Founder, CEO – AI WealthTech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set the strategic direction for the venture and oversee its implementation.

• Enhance the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), pricing structure, and product positioning.

• Drive pilot programs with independent Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), transition them into paid partnerships, and establish the go-to-market strategy.

• Collaborate with the FutureSight product and engineering teams to launch Version 1 and continuously improve based on user feedback.

• Lead the seed funding efforts, leveraging FutureSight's network and existing traction.

• Assemble and guide the founding team, while laying the cultural groundwork for the organization.

• Prior experience as a founder in a venture-backed enterprise.

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement.

• Proficient in fundraising, with the capability to craft investor narratives and secure funding.

• Demonstrated ability to attract, nurture, and retain exceptional talent.

• Realistic understanding of the challenges and responsibilities associated with co-founding a venture-backed company.

• Direct experience in WealthTech and familiarity with AI agents/large language models (LLMs).
