
CNC Field Service Engineer – Project-Based Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver instruction in both shop and classroom settings on the installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of CNC machines.
• Conduct assigned classes in strict adherence to NTT and client policies, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learner backgrounds and skill levels.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through ongoing professional development and provide recommendations for program enhancement and expansion.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while undertaking additional professional responsibilities that promote high-quality instruction.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or in a similar role.
• Robust mechanical and electrical expertise in CNC machine repair, encompassing servo systems, drives, wiring, hydraulics, and calibration.
• Proven proficiency in tooling selection, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, fixture design, and high-speed machining of materials such as aluminum, titanium, and/or Inconel.
• Skillful in the use of FANUC controllers for both programming and service diagnostics.
• Strong public speaking and classroom management abilities, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Capacity to convey complex technical ideas to learners of varying experience levels.
• Willingness and capability to travel across the United States by air and automobile, working independently while on assignment.
• Competence in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and standard office productivity software.
