This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, personalize, and sustain websites utilizing Wix, WordPress, and/or Shopify.

• Transform designs and mockups into responsive and functional web pages.

• Tailor themes, templates, layouts, and CMS functionalities to meet project needs.

• Execute website updates, create landing pages, forms, integrations, and introduce new features.

• Diagnose and resolve technical, layout, and compatibility challenges.

• Enhance websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, usability, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Install, set up, and oversee plugins, applications, and third-party integrations.

• Manage website content to ensure uniformity across all pages.

• Conduct regular website maintenance, updates, testing, and quality assurance checks.

• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and punctually.

• Adhere to web development best practices concerning performance, accessibility, security, and maintainability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience as a CMS Developer, Web Developer, WordPress Developer, Shopify Developer, or Wix Developer.

• Strong practical experience with at least one of the following: Wix, WordPress, or Shopify.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and fundamental front-end development concepts.

• Experience in customizing CMS themes, templates, plugins, or applications.

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first web development strategies.

• Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and the capability to implement designs accurately.

• Ability to independently manage multiple website tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Reliable internet connection and proficiency in working effectively in a remote setting.

• A portfolio or examples showcasing websites you have developed or maintained.

• Nice to Have: Experience across various platforms, especially WordPress, Shopify, and Wix.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor or similar tools.

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of Shopify Liquid.

• Nice to Have: Experience with Wix Studio or Velo.

• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Figma and converting designs into live websites.

• Nice to Have: Experience collaborating with digital agencies, SaaS companies, startups, or e-commerce businesses.

• Nice to Have: Knowledge of analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing integrations.
