This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Creating and implementing the marketing strategy for the company, focusing on brand development, user acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

• Taking charge of growth performance metrics and ensuring sustainable customer acquisition through both paid and organic avenues.

• Recruiting, managing, and mentoring the marketing team while promoting a culture of high performance.

• Overseeing marketing budgets, resource distribution, and growth investments to optimize ROI.

• Establishing scalable operational processes, systems, and workflows that facilitate rapid company expansion.

• Collaborating closely with founders and leadership to outline strategic priorities and fulfill company objectives.

• Promoting cross-functional teamwork among product, marketing, operations, compliance, and external partners.

• Analyzing performance data, market trends, and customer insights to guide decision-making and growth strategies.

• Taking responsibility for key operational functions, ensuring effective execution across a distributed remote workforce.

• Spotting new market opportunities, growth channels, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.

• Assisting with fundraising, investor communications, and strategic planning activities as necessary.

• Leading special projects and company-wide initiatives within a dynamic startup environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership positions.

• Proven experience in B2C marketing specifically targeting the US market.

• Strong industry experience in prediction markets, iGaming (sports betting and online casino), trading platforms, fintech, or related regulated sectors.

• Demonstrated success in scaling brands, products, and teams during high-growth phases.

• Experience managing marketing budgets, commercial performance, and essential growth metrics.

• Strong operational leadership skills, with an aptitude for developing processes and systems from scratch.

• Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, capable of thriving in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities effectively.

• An entrepreneurial spirit with a readiness to be hands-on and collaborate with the team.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable making strategic decisions with incomplete information while maintaining a quick execution pace.
