Cloud Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage in cloud migration initiatives concerning all applications within the Integration & Output domain.

• Gather and document all necessary interventions to be implemented on application layers.

• Assess impacts and identify any gaps in functional services.

• Propose solutions for any identified gaps to guarantee no disruption in service levels.

• Strategize activities in alignment with the cloud migration plan.

• Carry out migration tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in middleware technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Java programming.

• Familiarity with Unix systems.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

• Understanding of cloud computing models such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.

• Knowledge of deployment models including public, private, hybrid, and multi-cloud.

• Familiarity with major cloud service providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker.

• Proficient in container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

• Fluent in English.

• Italian language skills are a plus.

• Avaloq certification is desirable but not required.
