Cloud Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.

• Develop and oversee integrations between cloud services, APIs, and enterprise software.

• Assist in modernizing contact center operations, focusing on migration and transformation projects.

• Configure and manage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.

• Create conversational interfaces, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.

• Diagnose and resolve application, integration, performance, and production challenges.

• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.

• Engage in Agile development practices, including sprint planning and backlog management.

• Implement enterprise standards for security, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, and software development best practices.

• Keep technical documentation updated and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, architects, and senior engineers to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.

• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.

• Strong analytical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving aptitude.

• Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations is preferred.

• Must have a self-provided internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Ability to work from a designated area free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
