Cloud Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and provide support for cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.

• Establish and maintain integrations among cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.

• Assist in the modernization of contact centers, encompassing migration and transformation projects.

• Configure and support Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, which include Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.

• Create conversational experiences, authentication services, and orchestrate workflows.

• Diagnose and resolve application, integration, performance, and production-related issues.

• Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing.

• Engage in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

• Implement enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and best practices in software development.

• Keep technical documentation updated and assist in continuous improvements of the platform.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, architects, and senior engineers to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Preferred experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google CX Agent Studio, conversational AI, or contact center technologies.

• Preferred familiarity with cloud-native services, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations.

• Capability to work in a dedicated space free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Self-sourced internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Recommended connection types include wireless, wired cable, or DSL.
