This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Attract new Service Providers to Acronis by engaging with prospects who have previously interacted with Acronis through various offline and online events, registered for trials, or opened Acronis emails.
• Identify new Service Provider prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, the Salesforce database, and personal connections.
• Reach out to potential Acronis Service Providers utilizing approved tools, such as Avaya, Zoom, and Outlook, to assess their interest level based on specific criteria and BANT qualification, including environment, needs, budget, pain points, competitors, decision-makers, and the number of workloads they wish to protect.
• Document all activities in Salesforce, and conduct demo sessions via Zoom with the camera turned on.
• Conduct research prior to contacting a prospect and prepare relevant questions based on information obtained from the company's website, LinkedIn profile, and other publicly available resources.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle: qualification, negotiation, demo sessions (involving Solution Engineers as necessary), and finalizing the deal by obtaining a signed contract either offline or online.
• Ensure that contracts are signed with high-quality Service Providers who are willing to invest in their business with Acronis and are likely to establish a long-term partnership.
• Manage the pipeline by maintaining service levels for follow-ups with prospects and providing timely forecasts to the direct Manager or regional General Manager.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Distributors in the designated region, which includes bi-weekly calls and joint marketing initiatives and events.
• Work closely with all relevant departments at Acronis to successfully finalize deals: Solution Engineers, Support, Sales Enablement, Product Management, etc.
• Grasp Acronis brand messages and communicate them effectively to prospects, while supporting the sales team's role in fostering a positive brand image.
• Understand key competitors in the Acronis market and effectively convey the differentiators ('kill points') of our products and solutions.
• Receive coaching feedback and take part in individual coaching sessions.
• Complete mandatory quarterly upskilling training sessions.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience as an Inside Sales Representative or Lead Development Representative.
• Demonstrated experience in a Cyber Security company with a solid understanding of industry practices and protocols is essential.
• Ability to articulate various product features and address any customer inquiries effectively.
• Possess strong closing sales skills.
• Preferred experience with cold calling and a resilient attitude towards sales challenges.
