This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Oversee the administration, optimization, and security of all SaaS applications β including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and various workplace collaboration tools β ensuring these platforms are secure, scalable, and fully aligned with the needs of the business.
β’ Manage and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies β supervising SSO solutions, Microsoft Entra, MFA, conditional access policies, and least privilege access to guarantee secure and appropriate access to all cloud resources.
β’ Implement Zero Trust principles across SaaS environments β maintaining data protection policies, backup strategies, data retention, and disaster recovery plans for all workplace cloud services.
β’ Create and execute workflow automation solutions β utilizing Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or API integrations to reduce manual effort, enhance productivity, and promote operational consistency at scale.
β’ Identify and implement self-service IT solutions that improve the employee experience while decreasing IT support overhead β proactively assessing and recommending new SaaS tools and cloud-based solutions.
β’ Work alongside Security and Compliance teams to ensure that SaaS environments fulfill all security, compliance, and regulatory requirements β including preparation for audits and ongoing enforcement of policies.
β’ Collaborate with HR and People Operations to facilitate smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes β making sure that every new hire is correctly set up and that every departing employee is fully deprovisioned without any gaps.
β’ Lead technology adoption initiatives throughout the organization β ensuring employees derive maximum value from workplace tools via effective communication, training, and change management.
β’ Offer technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams regarding cloud and SaaS best practices β enhancing the team's capabilities and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
β’ Monitor and manage cloud-based workplace infrastructure β proactively identifying risks, handling outages, and escalating issues with urgency and accuracy.
β’ 5+ years of experience in managing cloud-based workplace technology, SaaS administration, or IT infrastructure β with a proven history of leading complex, multi-platform environments at scale.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 β including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint β along with substantial hands-on experience in Google Workspace administration.
β’ Strong understanding of identity and access management β including SSO, MFA, IAM policies, and security best practices β with proven experience managing Microsoft Entra in a production setting.
β’ Practical experience with IT automation and workflow tools β such as Power Automate, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, or similar β with the capability to design and implement enterprise-wide automation initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated ability to uphold Zero Trust security models β incorporating conditional access policies, least privilege access, and data protection frameworks across cloud environments.
β’ Experience in collaboration with Security, Compliance, IT, and HR teams β translating technical solutions into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Strong leadership and mentorship abilities β you uplift the team around you and enhance technical capability rather than merely solving problems independently.
β’ Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based IT environments β you quickly identify root causes and implement lasting solutions.
β’ Strong documentation practices and communication skills β you ensure every system is better documented than when you found it.
β’ Bonus: experience with Zero Trust security architecture and AI-driven workplace automation.
β’ Bonus: Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator, AWS Fundamentals, or Azure certifications.
