Cloud Information Systems Security Engineer 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and execution of information security engineering designs and solutions tailored for cloud environments.

• Evaluate and address security threats and risks throughout the program's life cycle.

• Take ownership of the development and management of InfoSec engineering designs and their implementation.

• Identify security vulnerabilities and risks, then formulate mitigation strategies and standards for cloud deployments.

• Design, implement, support, and assess security-centric tools and services.

• Supervise the evaluation and management of system security threats and risks.

• Confirm the definition and analysis of system security requirements.

• Create system security designs.

• Execute security designs across hardware, software, data, and processes.

• Validate security requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, or an Associate's degree (AS/AA) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, or a High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.

• IAT-2 certification is mandatory.

• One or more cloud certifications are required.

• An active Secret clearance is required.
