Cloud Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provision and manage VAEC environments, OpenShift clusters, and RHEL hosts.

• Automate infrastructure and deployments utilizing Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and capacity planning activities.

• Oversee cloud networking, firewall configurations, IAM, and monitoring processes.

• Create architecture, data-flow, and cloud security documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.

• 5+ years of experience with AWS or Azure.

• 3+ years of experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes.

• Proficient with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible.

• Familiar with CI/CD practices.

• Experience in RHEL administration.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• AWS Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification, or Azure Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification is necessary.

• Red Hat Certified Specialist or Architect in OpenShift certification is preferred.

• Certification in Red Hat Enterprise Linux is required.

• Must be capable of obtaining a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust clearance.

• Must be able to acquire a VA PIV credential.
