This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• You will be responsible for managing 10-15 enterprise cloud clients.
• You will conduct comprehensive analyses utilizing big data and present findings to senior stakeholders at our major clients.
• You will create supporting documents and reports for those evaluations.
• Collaborate with other teams at Rackspace (professional services and managed services) to facilitate the execution of cloud management projects and promote best practices.
• Provide financial assessments of client cloud expenditures, including trend analysis, identifying opportunities for cloud optimization, and formulating recommendations and proposals for optimization initiatives.
• Exhibit proficiency in the AWS platform, assisting each client in maximizing their use of AWS services.
• Offer onboarding services to new Rackspace Cloud Optimizer clients.
• Assist the sales team with new business development activities as necessary.
• Engage in assigned key initiatives, including new service offerings, profitability assessments, tool evaluations, marketing strategies, etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting technology products or services in various roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and developers in technical discussions.
• Experience in customer relationship management, with a focus on directly managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Proficient in data analysis and capable of transforming data into actionable insights.
• Competence in using our data visualization tools and adeptness at performing daily tasks like trend analysis and anomaly detection.
• Must possess advanced Excel skills and be comfortable creating summaries and visuals (such as pivot tables and charts) for ad-hoc reporting.
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools is advantageous but not mandatory; examples include Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI, SQL, etc. We extensively use Alteryx.
• Strong communication skills, both in client-facing and internal contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings with C-level executives.
• Capability to produce clear and concise documentation (MS Word, PowerPoint).
