📋 Description

• Execute thorough and precise closing and funding of loans by reviewing files from Processing for completeness, accuracy, necessary documents, and data integrity within the loan origination system.

• Collaborate with Production, Title, Underwriting, and other departments.

• Prepare and validate loan documents and mortgages for borrower signing and funding.

• Arrange notary appointments for mortgage signing.

• Compile funding packages.

• Ensure timely loan closures with valid and accurate documentation.

• Obtain necessary Underwriting documentation to meet closing conditions.

• Exchange funding documents with the Title company once loan files are finalized and documents are complete.

• Verify that all documents required for investors are included in closing files.

• Undertake additional assigned projects and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of significant experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing settings.

• Direct, hands-on knowledge of collateral documentation and terminology for both purchase and refinance transactions across commercial and residential sectors.

• Proven ability to review and prepare closing documents, disclosures, funding packages, and wire instructions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Experience in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations.

• In-depth understanding of loan documentation, lien verification, and stringent closing compliance.

• Experience overseeing closing processes for commercial transactions and coordinating with brokers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Monday.com and Quick Base is advantageous and highly regarded.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, time management, organizational, collaborative, adaptability, flexibility, and communication skills.
