This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Conduct video calls with leads who have been previously qualified by our setters team.
• Identify the needs, pain points, and motivations of each client.
• Clearly and persuasively present our training, nutrition, and mindset solutions.
• Close high-value program sales, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance closing scripts and conversion strategies.
• MUST BE FROM SPAIN AND RESIDE IN SPAIN, a crucial requirement.
• Previous experience as a Closer or in similar consultative sales roles.
• Knowledge in training, nutrition, and applied neuroscience related to motivation (essential for connecting with our target audience).
• Strong communication skills and high empathy.
• Ability to build trust and engage in deep conversations that lead to closing sales.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on conversion and revenue goals.
• Availability to work in an online environment, utilizing digital tools and flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a broad vocabulary.
• Prior experience in sales closing or minimum training (e.g., NLP, neuroscience, sales).
• Basic knowledge of fitness.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• 10% commission on closed sales.
• Bonuses for each pre-established billing milestone achieved.
