This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Offers escrow services for both residential and commercial resale, as well as new construction and refinancing.

• Tasked with facilitating real estate transactions by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining proactive communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the closing process.

• Accountable for managing the complete real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company policies, and other documented guidelines.

• Comprehends how the team collaborates with other related teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Influences the quality, timeliness, and efficiency of the team through individual contributions.

• Identifies and resolves unusual problems that arise infrequently.

• Assesses and chooses solutions based on established precedents or procedures.

• Effectively communicates and clarifies complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with others.

• Operates with limited supervision and may exercise discretion to adjust work practices and processes to attain results or enhance efficiency.

• Individual contributor serving as a resource for less experienced team members; does not hold supervisory responsibilities.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Typically requires 5+ years of relevant work experience.
