Clinician Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assess workload trends, predict resource requirements, and suggest modifications or enhancements.

• Track operational performance indicators and key performance metrics.

• Discover opportunities for process improvement through workflow evaluations.

• Resolve customer or client issues and investigate operational incidents.

• Determine root causes and execute corrective measures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Develop and uphold compliance standards and quality control procedures.

• Launch quality assurance initiatives and promote operational compliance and quality programs.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams on process enhancement projects and evaluate their outcomes.

• Enhance communication within operations support teams and with stakeholders.

• Encourage continuous improvement, innovation, employee input, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise ongoing training to ensure team members are knowledgeable and compliant in their responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in clinician management.

• Previous experience leading a team of providers.

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in stakeholder management.

• Ability to convey organizational value to all levels of the company and to executives.

• Proficient in communicating the value of backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or anticipated financial outcomes.

• Skills in execution and delivery, including planning, implementation, and support.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.

• A growth mindset, adaptability, and the ability to develop oneself and others.

• Post-secondary/high school education or specialized training, such as technical or vocational programs.
