This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Set up clinical trial budgets in OnCore and oversee the transition from budgeting to accounting.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate reconciliation of payments from study sponsors.
• Oversee participant reimbursement processes, which include study and participant setup, travel expense requests, and inquiries from the study team.
• Analyze and reconcile monthly expenses between Workday and OnCore/Smartsheet.
• Initiate, amend, and finalize purchase orders and internal work orders for trials.
• Compose basic communications and reports while maintaining diverse records.
• Conduct audits, monitor, organize, and refresh fiscal records and reports.
• Address general fiscal inquiries and supply information based on established guidelines and standards.
• Execute transactions and allocate funding codes in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
• Reconcile purchase documents with corresponding payments.
• Complete departmental processing of fully executed contracts.
• A minimum of one year of experience in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, research administration, clinical trials, or a related discipline.
• Preferred experience with financial tasks, including processing payments, invoices, purchase orders, work orders, expense transactions, and reconciliations.
• Preferred experience in clinical trials, ideally in oncology, encompassing protocol administration, participant management, billing compliance, finance, regulatory, or QA/compliance.
• Preferred experience with financial systems, databases, or ERP systems such as Workday.
• Preferred experience with clinical trials management systems like OnCore.
