Clinical Trials Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support clients in creating calendars and financial consoles within their CTMS while aiding in strategic decision-making.

• Assist clients with the negotiation of clinical trial budgets and the execution of associated strategies.

• Oversee financial management for clinical trials after awards are granted.

• Provide regulatory assistance, which includes submissions to the IRB.

• Cultivate relationships with client personnel.

• Exhibit expertise in key business functions.

• Guide consulting teams and client personnel in identifying, assessing, and implementing strategic recommendations.

• Spearhead the creation and execution of surveys, interview questionnaires, and deliverables for client presentations.

• Direct team initiatives aimed at devising solutions for client challenges.

• Assist in the development of new business opportunities.

• Communicate proficiently with diverse audiences, including leadership at the C-suite level.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Experience collaborating with research institutions in the context of clinical trials.

• Capability to work effectively within a project team.

• Commitment to remaining updated on certifications, training, and industry trends and practices.

• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on enhancing organizational performance.

• Ability to identify personal skills, abilities, limitations, and strengths while actively seeking developmental opportunities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in delivering presentations.

• Proven experience in managing and leading teams.

• Familiarity with building calendars and financials in OnCore or similar clinical trial management systems (CTMS), negotiating budgets, providing regulatory support, and managing post-award clinical trial finances (preferred).

• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients (preferred).
