Clinical Trials Business Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with Investigators and representatives from Medical Institutions, as well as with existing and prospective clients of Milestone One (sponsors and CROs).

• Assist in promoting the Milestone One brand by onboarding new clinics and developing a network of sites.

• Conduct research to identify potential clients and expand our network.

• Arrange meetings with Investigators and representatives from pharmaceutical and CRO companies to showcase business opportunities and the advantages of collaborating with Milestone One.

• Aid the Marketing team in the creation of promotional materials.

• Participate in medical/pharmaceutical conferences and training workshops as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college or university degree; a background in life sciences is advantageous.

• At least 4 years of experience in the clinical trials sector.

• Experience interacting with medical institutions and physicians, or working as a site manager on-site.

• Prior experience in business development, fostering relationships with sites and clients, or serving as a sales representative in the healthcare or clinical trials field.

• Exceptional ability to analyze customer data, interpret industry trends, respond to bids, create proposals, and communicate effectively.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player who can manage time effectively and work independently.

• Capability to build rapport with clients, thoroughly understand their challenges, and proactively provide solutions.

• Proficiency in English and German.

• General knowledge of the clinical trial process, its requirements, and regulations.

• Strong sales abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on results.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• A valid category B driver’s license.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and internet research.
