Clinical Trial Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Join our team as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, offering both administrative and technical support to the Project Team.

• Ensure audit readiness by reviewing files according to the established schedule.

• Provide administrative assistance for site activation processes.

• Foster collaborative relationships with investigators and site staff.

• Analyze and reconcile study metrics along with findings reports.

• Maintain vendor trackers and assist in the preparation of study-specific materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent, along with relevant formal academic or vocational qualifications.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to at least 2 years).

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team or autonomously as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Proven capability to analyze project-specific data/systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• A strong customer focus.

• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to prioritize workload and deliver effective support in response to changing project timelines.

• Excellent proficiency in English language and grammar, along with necessary local language skills.

• Good presentation abilities.

• Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and the ability to learn and master all clinical trial database systems.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Effective oral and written communication skills, capable of interacting efficiently with medical personnel.

• Basic understanding of medical/therapeutic areas and medical terminology.

• Ability to acquire and maintain a working knowledge of GCP and relevant SOPs.

• Excellent customer-centric approach.

• Proven adaptability and flexibility.
