
Clinical Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and conduct onboarding training for new clinical and care coordination personnel across all service lines (CCM, RPM, PCM, RTM, TCM).
• Develop and present scalable, engaging training materials customized for each care program and market segment (SNF, FQHC, IMG).
• Offer culturally sensitive training that recognizes and honors the diverse needs of both patient and staff populations.
• Educate clinical teams and technical users on ShiFox innovations to ensure adoption and alignment with care delivery protocols.
• Create and sustain SOPs, workflow guides, and job aids to facilitate accurate documentation and program compliance.
• Instruct staff on best practices for chronic disease management, patient engagement, virtual care delivery, and the use of remote monitoring tools and platforms.
• Remain informed about CMS guidelines and payer-specific policies affecting each service line; ensure training materials reflect the latest standards.
• Perform knowledge assessments, assess training effectiveness, and propose enhancement strategies based on data and performance trends.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, compliance, and quality assurance teams to identify knowledge gaps and uphold high standards of care.
• Assist in launching new programs, expanding service lines, and modifying clinical workflows with timely training initiatives.
• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous learning, clinical excellence, and patient advocacy.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in care management, chronic disease management, or population health.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, clinical education, or clinical quality roles, preferably within a virtual care setting.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS billing requirements and care delivery models for CCM, RPM, PCM, RTM, and TCM.
• Familiarity with the operations and requirements of SNFs, FQHCs, and IMGs.
• Proficient in delivering virtual training using platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and learning management systems (LMS).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), care management platforms, and remote monitoring tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to engage learners across both clinical and non-clinical roles.

• A quiet and professional work environment suitable for speaking with patients about sensitive information and Protected Health Information (PHI), free of distractions.
