• Adheres to company policies, including CRM metrics.
• Preferred sales experience in the medical technology industry, specifically with devices or consumables.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, with specialist skills in Vascular Access Device Management, infection prevention, or critical care highly regarded.
• Strong commercial insight with a proven ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategies for territory growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, capable of clearly conveying clinical and commercial concepts.
• A positive, proactive attitude, well-organized, and results-oriented.
• Values teamwork while maintaining strong independent ownership of the territory.
