Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives with training for surgeons, development of robotic systems in hospitals, and overall management of the territory.

• Facilitates technical in-service sessions for clients, including operating room staff, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve team quotas.

• Acquires skills in goal-setting, strategic planning, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, documenting outcomes of sales efforts, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience after graduation, or 1 year of leadership experience in the military is required.

• Must be willing to travel up to 25% and be available to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
