This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Supports sales representatives by assisting with surgeon training, developing robotics in hospitals, and managing the overall territory.
β’ Conducts technical in-service sessions for clients, including operating room personnel, surgeons, and others.
β’ Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve overall team quotas.
β’ Acquires skills in goal setting, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.
β’ Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
β’ A bachelorβs degree is mandatory.
β’ At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is necessary.
β’ A proven track record of success is required.
β’ Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are essential.
β’ Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is crucial.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are needed.
β’ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team is important.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work nights and weekends as required.
