Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by assisting with surgeon training, developing robotics in hospitals, and managing the overall territory.

• Conducts technical in-service sessions for clients, including operating room personnel, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to help achieve overall team quotas.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, strategizing, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is necessary.

• A proven track record of success is required.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic are essential.

• Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment is crucial.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are needed.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team is important.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% and to work nights and weekends as required.
