Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the El Paso team in a developmental role lasting over 24 months.

• Acquire knowledge in the technical, clinical, and sales dimensions of the business.

• Support sales representatives by conducting surgeon training, fostering hospital robotic development, and managing territories.

• Lead technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel and surgeons.

• Advocate for the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users while contributing to team targets.

• Gain experience in setting, mapping, and achieving goals in anticipation of a future role with quota responsibilities.

• Oversee administrative duties such as sales/procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience in the military or 1 year of external sales experience is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an exceptional work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven effectiveness as part of a team.

• Must reside in or be open to relocating to the El Paso area.
