This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to acquire comprehensive knowledge of all business aspects.
• Train to become a technical and sales expert in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
• Establish surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Enhance the utilization of installed da Vinci® Surgical Systems by supporting a specific region.
• Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and various sales activities.
• Offer guidance, insights, and training on the application of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Assist in regional sales and marketing development events.
• Handle administrative duties and serve as a Medical Device Consultant following appropriate training.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.
• Strong ambition and a robust work ethic.
• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
