This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as a key resource for the surgical team by offering guidance, insights, and training on the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Facilitate all technical in-service training sessions for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
• Assist the Clinical Sales Manager team in achieving quarterly sales objectives by influencing customer behavior through product demonstrations, in-services, selling activities in the OR, and training for customer support.
• Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing initiatives that enhance system awareness and promote procedure adoption via product demonstrations, in-services, and selling efforts.
• Manage administrative responsibilities diligently, including reporting on sales and procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, submitting expense reports, and completing assigned ISU online modules using the company's required software systems.
• Function as a Medical Device Consultant, following appropriate training and legal guidelines, providing guidance and support regarding the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of sales experience or 1 year in a leadership role is required.
• Proficiency in English and the local language as necessary.
• A strong ambition and work ethic are essential.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
