Clinical Territory Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Supports sales representatives by facilitating surgeon training sessions, advancing hospitals' robotic initiatives, and managing overall territory operations.

• Conducts technical in-services for clients, including operating room personnel, surgeons, and others.

• Promotes the advantages of cutting-edge technology to current robotic users, aiding in the achievement of team sales targets.

• Acquires skills in goal setting, strategic planning, and achievement in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the CTA position.

• Oversees administrative responsibilities, including sales and procedure reporting, tracking sales activity outcomes, and submitting expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of leadership experience (military) or 1 year of external sales experience is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work evenings and weekends as necessary.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
