This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement strategic recruitment strategies aimed at attracting, engaging, and hiring outstanding Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collaborate closely with Clinical Directors and Operations leaders to gain insights into workforce requirements.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for BCBA roles within designated markets.
• Establish and sustain robust pipelines of qualified BCBA candidates.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate clinical experience, certifications, licensure, cultural compatibility, career aspirations, and relocation preferences.
• Present qualified candidates and share market insights with the Vice President of Talent, Brand, & Employee Experience.
• Organize interviews, gather feedback, facilitate communication, negotiate offers, and work alongside People Operations throughout the onboarding process.
• Represent Autism Care Partners at ABA conferences, university events, and recruitment activities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sourcing/hunting and full-cycle recruiting within a high-volume setting is required.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting within a behavioral healthcare context is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) recruiting is a must.
• Proven success in a competitive talent marketplace with a strong emphasis on diversity and expertise in sourcing techniques utilizing social media, direct recruiting, and other recruitment strategies.
