Clinical Supervisor – LPCC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians.

• Conduct individual supervision sessions for each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours, totaling a minimum of 7 supervisor hours weekly, depending on caseload.

• Offer telehealth services and in-person clinical sessions to patients located in California.

• Maintain a clinical caseload with a minimum of 10 hours of availability each week.

• Oversee documentation processes.

• Guide resident clinicians in their professional and clinical growth.

• Complete weekly documentation to record supervision sessions.

• Finalize coaching documentation for any disciplinary or performance-related matters.

• Work collaboratively with the Regional Clinical Director on performance-related issues.

• Provide evidence-based mental health care to clients.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools as part of clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to attain credentials at the location with LPCC and LCSW licensure.

• Permanent residency in California is required.

• Must hold an independent license and reside in California — LPCC & LCSW.

• Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions and 30 hours of availability per week.

• Behavioral health generalist ready to treat couples and children.

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

• LPCC supervisor must have maintained an active, unrestricted California LPCC for at least two years within the five years immediately prior to supervision.

• LPCC supervisor must be proficient in the clinical practice areas being supervised and knowledgeable about California law related to marriage and family therapy.

• LPCC supervisor must possess adequate supervision experience, training, and education, completing the necessary supervision training/coursework as per Section 1834.

• LCSW supervisor must have held an active, unrestricted California LCSW for at least two years within the five years immediately preceding supervision.

• LCSW supervisor must have engaged in psychotherapy, provided qualifying psychological counseling, or direct clinical supervision for a minimum of two years within the preceding five-year period.

• LCSW supervisor must have undergone supervision training as mandated by California regulations.

• Must be willing to maintain at least 10 hours of clinical availability each week.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
