Clinical Supervisor – LPC, MFT, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians.

• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.

• Offer individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 15 clinical hours they complete.

• Provide a minimum of approximately 7 supervision hours weekly, depending on the size of resident caseloads.

• Maintain a clinical caseload with a minimum of 10 hours of client availability each week.

• Oversee documentation processes.

• Mentor resident clinicians in their professional and clinical growth.

• Complete weekly documentation to verify supervision sessions.

• Finalize coaching documentation for any disciplinary or performance-related issues.

• Work in collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance matters.

• Offer compassionate, evidence-based telehealth and in-person care to patients in Colorado.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to enhance clinical care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be independently licensed and residing in Colorado as an LPC, MFT, or LCSW.

• Should be credentialed or willing to obtain credentialing at the designated Colorado location with the relevant LPC, MFT, or LCSW license.

• Permanent residency in the state of Colorado is required.

• Must hold an active license in good standing.

• Should meet state regulatory criteria for providing supervision.

• Must maintain the necessary licenses and certifications to supervise individuals in the licensing process.

• Active credentialing with required Incident-to panels within Colorado is essential.

• For LPC: Must possess an active, unrestricted Colorado LPC license and have 3 years or 3,000 hours of post-graduate clinical experience as a counselor, along with qualifying clinical supervision training/certification/doctorate alternatives.

• For MFT: Must hold an active, unrestricted Colorado MFT license and supervise MFTC candidates.

• For LCSW: Must have an active, unrestricted Colorado LCSW license.

• Should ensure consistent availability to clients.

• Must be a behavioral health generalist willing to treat couples and children.

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

• Must be willing to maintain at least 10 hours per week of clinical availability.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hiring.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
