Clinical Supervisor – LCPC, LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians.

• Conduct weekly group supervision sessions.

• Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours completed.

• Maintain a clinical caseload while performing both telehealth and in-person sessions with patients located in Illinois.

• Ensure at least 10 hours of client availability weekly.

• Oversee documentation processes.

• Mentor resident clinicians in their professional and clinical growth.

• Finalize weekly documentation that reflects supervision sessions.

• Complete coaching documentation for any disciplinary or performance-related issues.

• Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director on performance matters.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care services.

• Utilize telehealth and EHR technology in clinical practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a credential or be willing to obtain one at the relevant location with an LCPC or LCSW license.

• Must possess an independent license and reside permanently in Illinois.

• LCPC or LCSW licensure is required.

• Should consistently be available to clients.

• Behavioral health generalist with an openness to treating couples and children.

• Comfortable using telehealth and EHR tools.

• Capable of providing supervision to at least six resident clinicians.

• Minimum of 7 hours per week of supervision, which may vary based on resident caseloads.

• Willing to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of client availability weekly.

• Prepared to oversee documentation processes.

• Responsible for the completion of weekly supervision documentation.

• Responsible for the completion of coaching documentation concerning disciplinary or performance issues.

• LCPC supervisors must fulfill the qualifications outlined in 68 Ill. Admin. Code 1375.130.

• LCSW supervisors must meet the qualifications specified in 68 Ill. Admin. Code 1470.20.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.

• This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
