Clinical Supervisor – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform functional behavior assessments and create tailored treatment plans.

• Develop and manage evidence-based programs utilizing ABA principles (DTT, PECS, NET, PRT, etc.).

• Oversee and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs regarding intervention strategies and data collection methods.

• Ensure continuous progress tracking, data evaluation, and refinement of goals.

• Collaborate with assistant supervisors, school psychologists, educators, and administrative staff to execute behavior support plans.

• Promote trauma-informed care and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) methodologies.

• Facilitate team training sessions and assist in the development of clinical programs.

• Participate in IEP meetings and offer clinical consultation within educational environments as necessary.

• Commit to a minimum of 15-20 hours for our part-time role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB®.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays.

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in ABA environments.

• Comprehensive understanding of ABA methodologies and experience in FBA/BIP development.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• At least 1 year of experience providing remote supervision.
