Clinical Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee all clinical aspects of patient treatment.

• Create and uphold individualized treatment plans.

• Ensure 100% adherence to supervision hours each month.

• Assess patients to determine skill deficits and strengths.

• Analyze challenging behaviors to discern their functions.

• Formulate treatment plans that are functionally relevant.

• Monitor the implementation of treatment for any necessary program adjustments.

• Verify treatment integrity to ensure effective adherence to protocols.

• Provide continuous coaching and training to behavioral technicians.

• Collect and analyze data to assess patient progress towards their treatment objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field is required.

• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is necessary.

• Experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required.
