Clinical Supervisor – All Shifts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and assist crisis line personnel and volunteers

• Offer clinical direction and mentorship during urgent crisis events

• Support the daily functions of a 24/7 crisis contact center

• Educate staff on best practices, policies, and crisis intervention strategies

• Analyze call and performance metrics to maintain quality and uniformity

• Collaborate with internal leaders and external mental health providers

• Act as a reliable clinical resource for personnel at all experience levels

• Help guarantee 24/7 coverage and clinical excellence

• Partner with clinical leaders and community organizations throughout the state

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar discipline

• Qualified as a Mental Health Professional according to Washington State standards (active or license-eligible)

• Licensure (or associate licensure) in counseling or social work

• Experience assisting individuals in crisis situations

• Excellent communication, documentation, and computer skills

• Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential must be obtained by the end of the probation period; applications are to be submitted within 30 days of hire

• Preferred: experience with crisis lines, helplines, or phone-based assessments

• Preferred: experience in training or facilitation

• Preferred: background in call center or multidisciplinary settings

• Must be a resident of Washington State, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas
