Clinical Specialist – Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the clinical representative and reliable collaborator for the development and implementation of Cardiovascular products.

• Lead the rollout of Cardiovascular Products during initial pilot phases and ongoing initiatives.

• Work in conjunction with product managers and the Viz R&D team to integrate clinical insights into product development.

• Ensure that products adhere to clinical standards and meet workflow requirements.

• Serve as the liaison between Clinical teams and internal Viz teams.

• Develop marketing materials and communicate the clinical value proposition effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative clinical opportunities.

• Create and execute internal and external toolkits to enhance clinical workflows.

• Partner with Customer Success and Data & Analytics teams to establish KPIs and track engagement and performance.

• Provide insights and data to relevant stakeholders.

• Cultivate strong relationships with external partners.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Clinical Strategy & Care Pathways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with clinical workflows and processes related to clinical trials.

• 3–4 years of clinical experience in Oncology or Critical Care, coupled with industry exposure.

• Strong grasp of diagnostic medical imaging and its workflow applications.

• Business experience or exposure within a healthcare product company in a clinical specialty area.

• Minimum experience in an advisory role or clinical consulting position.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Business Administration, or equivalent experience in Healthcare Administration, or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac or Vascular Sonographer, or Advanced Practice Provider (NPPA), or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex projects and address stakeholder needs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
