Clinical Specialist

📋 Description

• Deliver primary clinical support to sales representatives in identifying new sales opportunities as well as managing physician and hospital accounts.

• Offer technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in patient care, installation, and maintenance of company products.

• Build and sustain relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital personnel.

• Facilitate ongoing education and provide clinical expertise regarding the company's products.

• Share clinical insights on products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.

• Train physicians and staff on the proper use of company products.

• Offer case support, including assistance in operating rooms and during procedures.

• Relay product, clinical, and market information to sales, marketing, and R&D teams to enhance product development.

• Act as the main clinical support resource for troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.

• Conduct patient follow-ups to ensure both customer and patient satisfaction with implanted products.

• Visit clinical settings such as hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers to engage with customers and patients.

• Establish territory strategy and work collaboratively with regional colleagues in clinical education and field engineering.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• At least 3 years of experience with implantable medical devices.

• Experience working in an operating room environment.

• Clinical expertise in neuromodulation products and their applications.

• Capability to provide technical and educational training to physicians and staff.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting, programming, and conducting patient follow-ups for company products.

• Ability to visit customers and patients in various clinical environments, including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centers.

• Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to achieve objectives.

• Ability to comprehend customer needs and effectively communicate the value of products.

• Competence in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.

• Flexibility to adapt strategy in response to unexpected developments.
