This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a clinical authority during system rollouts, physician onboarding, and support during live procedures.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure proper account readiness, achievement of utilization targets, and identification of growth opportunities.
• Oversee on-site execution for new site openings and technology integrations, guaranteeing a smooth clinical experience.
• Recognize and communicate clinical insights to improve performance, workflows, and overall results.
• Facilitate cooperation among Clinical, Commercial, and R&D teams to promote adoption and excellence in procedures.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key physicians, clinical personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Propel continuous optimization at current sites to foster procedural growth and sustainability.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or interventional clinical support (experience with imaging, ultrasound, or robotics is preferred).
• Demonstrated capability to promote clinical adoption and ensure procedural success.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically, including overnight stays as necessary.
