This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Assess educational requirements and formulate recommendations to improve clinical practices in aesthetic fields.
• Create personalized educational experiences for healthcare professionals participating in Facilitation Pathways.
• Provide support to around 30 clinics/healthcare professionals, in line with affiliate-level strategic objectives.
• Develop tailored curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathways with healthcare professionals through AMI Infinity.
• Ensure consistent and prompt follow-up with healthcare professionals.
• Document all activities in VEEVA CRM to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist healthcare professionals in navigating the AA AMI Digital World educational curricula.
• Contribute to the execution of affiliate-level AMI events, such as industry conferences, AMI meetings/workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Program.
• Interact with participants at educational events and may serve as First Assist for faculty during live technical workshops when clinically qualified.
• Aid in the training and development of junior Clinical Specialist team members.
• Support training and workshops within the International Clinical Specialist Learner Journeys.
• Provide on-the-ground coaching and mentoring, serving as a model for best practices.
• Facilitate skills enhancement for Clinical Specialist and broader AMI team members.
• Conduct sessions during onboarding consolidation workshops when senior Clinical Specialist expertise is needed.
• A university degree in a clinically oriented field, particularly in medicine, nursing, or dentistry; other patient-facing clinical roles, such as physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy, may also be considered.
• Experience in a sales or clinical specialist position within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device sectors, preferably in aesthetics.
• Background in facilitation, training, or coaching, including managing events, preparing, and conducting workshops and other training initiatives.
• Capability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in business English is preferred but not mandatory.
• Metrics-focused mindset with a history of tracking activities using a CRM tool.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, including overnight stays.
• Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
