Clinical Solutions Specialist – Perioperative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver clinical support to customers and the salesforce regarding clinical products and services.

• Aid in the growth and retention of both potential and existing clinical customers in partnership with the Medline sales team.

• Collaborate with the sales force on product conversions and implementations.

• Support sales efforts in local and national/corporate account territories.

• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations aimed at improving practices and offering best-practice recommendations.

• Perform clinical and utilization reviews to uncover waste, standardization opportunities, and necessary adjustments in clinical practice.

• Provide customer insights to facilitate the development of new products and enhancements or modifications of existing ones.

• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry events at national, regional, and local levels.

• Offer clinical expertise along with educational programs, materials, and resources to support Medline clinical products and services.

• Share end-user insights regarding enhancements and improvement opportunities in clinical processes to help secure or enhance business in specialty areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (CNOR certification preferred) or Certified Surgical Technologist.

• At least three (3) years of clinical experience in the operating room is required.

• Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions that drive improvements.

• Proven ability to prioritize workload and manage scheduling effectively to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel by air or auto up to 75% of the time for business purposes, both in-state and out-of-state.

• Capability to work in office environments as well as medical facilities.

• Availability to work non-traditional hours during in-services, including weekends and various work shifts, may be required.
